What qualifications do I need to have to attend a class?

For our Level 2 diploma and Dim Sum certificate, you don't have to be a qualified chef or have any qualifications to speak of.

What is the minimum age?

Students must be a minimum 16 years old in order to attend our classes

What do I need to bring with me?

Nothing at all. All required equipment and clothing will be supplied for the duration of the course. Specialist knives, equipment and clothing are available for students to buy should they choose to before, during or following the completion of the course.

When do I need to pay?

You will need to pay before the course starts. You can either pay the full amount upfront or pay in two instalments; the first payment will be taken to secure your place on the course and the second payment will have to be made one week before the course starts.
If you wish to pay in instalments please contact our team and they will be able to help you.

How do I apply?

For our Bronze and Dim Sum courses you can book your place directly from our website.
For the more advance courses you to fill out a pre-registration form specifying your previous experience in the industry.

When do I need to apply?

Level 2 and Dim Sum: The application will need to be sent and full payment made at least 1 week before the course starts

Advance courses: Application will need to be sent and payment made (full or instalments) at least 1 month before the course starts

How many people are there in a class?

Classes are limited to 12 places in total In order to provide the best experience and personalised attention for our students.
