LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME
A 6-week foundation level programme that introduces candidates to a range of food preparation and cooking techniques designed to provide a basis for a career in a professional kitchen.
CIEH LEVEL 3 Award in Food Safety
210 Hours over 30 days (6 weeks)
All speciality equipment will be supplied for the duration of the course. Specialist knives and equipment are available for students to buy and be fully prepared for the course.
Our Silver certificate will be a 6-week culinary course in Oriental cookery that will give you the right grounding to step into a new career in the professional food world, with the addition of gaining a full food hygiene certificate and we are currently looking to include at least 1 weeks experience in working in a commercial kitchen during the course of study to help students understand the speed in which real life food-service happens.
