All speciality equipment will be supplied for the duration of the course. Oriental Culinary Institute chef whites included. Specialist knives and equipment are available for students to buy and be fully prepared for the course.

Our Gold certificate will offer the first ever Oriental culinary arts diploma in the UK and will run over 20 weeks to provide students with the detail, discipline and highly regarded skills required to work their way up to some of the best restaurants in the industry. The syllabus will be designed completely with students needs in mind – giving a concrete background in Oriental & Asian cuisine, to use as a platform from which they will be able to build upon with confidence to enter a top-end Oriental kitchen.
