Our Silver certificate consists of a 6-week culinary journey in Oriental cookery giving students the right grounding to step into a new career in the professional food world, whilst developing key skills for the commercial food world along with a full food hygiene certificate.
LEVEL 4 CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME
Our Gold certificate will offer the first ever Oriental culinary arts diploma in the UK and will run over 20 weeks to provide students with the detail, discipline and highly regarded skills required to work their way up to some of the best restaurants in the industry. This advanced level course will provide a strong platform from which students will be able to succeed with complete confidence and become a true master.
